Regional Methamphetamine Legislative Conferences South/Southeast Methamphetamine Legislative and Policy Planning Conference NAMSDL began the regional planning conference project by holding the South/Southeast Methamphetamine Legislative and Policy Planning Conference on July 13-14, 2006 in Birmingham, Alabama. For the purposes of this conference, the states in this region are Alabama, Arkansas, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. Tribal representatives who work with these states were also asked to participate.
