On October 6, 2014, the Drug Enforcement Administration filed their Brief for Appellant in the case of Oregon Prescription Drug Monitoring Program, et al vs. United States Drug Enforcement Administration, 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, Case No. 14-35402, a case of particular interest to prescription monitoring program administrators and law enforcement agencies.
