How States Have Worked with the Alliance ARKANSAS Arkansas' Chairman of the state Workers' Compensation Commission used drug-free workplace information and guidance from the NAMSDL to draft and encourage adoption of the Arkansas drug-free workplace act. NAMSDL provided to the Chairman the model workers' compensation premium reduction law, other states' similar laws and a list of contact people who oversee other state programs.
