How States Have Worked with the Alliance LOUISIANA Louisiana passed bills on underage drinking, safe schools, drug education, preventive counseling, a tax credit for businesses which offer treatment programs, and designer drug regulation. Four main areas have been or are currently under study: employee assistance licensure, prescription drug monitoring, treatment in the criminal justice system, and Medicaid coverage for treatment.
